Terms of use
Last updated 13 October 2026
Sorva is a trading name of Lendaly Pty Ltd. These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you use Sorva for) and Lendaly Pty Ltd. By using Sorva you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
The beta
Sorva is in a closed beta. It’s free while the beta lasts, in exchange for your feedback. Features may change, and things may sometimes go wrong. We’ll tell you before the beta ends and before anything you rely on starts to cost money, and you can leave at any time.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- The business owner decides who else can use the business’s account and what they can do. Only invite people you trust with your documents.
- Only connect mailboxes and services you’re allowed to use.
Your documents
- Your documents and the details read from them belong to you. You let us store and process them only to provide Sorva to you.
- Sorva reads documents with AI, and AI makes mistakes. Check the details (especially amounts, tax and business numbers) before you rely on them for your tax, your books or a claim. Sorva doesn’t give tax, accounting or legal advice.
- Keep your own copies of anything you’re legally required to keep. You can export everything at any time.
Fair use
Don’t use Sorva to break the law, to upload anything you don’t have the right to, to try to reach other businesses’ data, or to overload or attack the service. We may suspend an account that does, and we’ll tell you why.
Other services
When you connect another service (such as Gmail, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Google Drive, Dropbox or WhatsApp), your use of it is also covered by that service’s own terms. We’re not responsible for those services.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep Sorva running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits or penalties) from using Sorva. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded.
Ending
You can close your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or end the beta, with reasonable notice so you can export your documents first.
Changes and the law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: [email protected].
